Next Step Exercise Physiology & Rehab provides Exercise Physiology services in Echuca, Victoria. Our aim at Next Step Exercise Physiology & Rehab is to provide members of our community with the Next Step they require in the prevention or management of their chronic disease, injuries or disability to optimise their health, wellness and physical function.

Ryan Byrne- Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Owner

Ryan studied at La Trobe University Bendigo and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. Ryan is a local to the area, growing up in Rochester. Ryan has worked for four years as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in the local area before founding Next Step Exercise Physiology in Echuca.

Through growing up with an active lifestyle and a love of all sports, Ryan has developed a passion for exercise rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and strength and conditioning.

Ryan enjoys playing sport for the Elmore Tennis Club and the Mitiamo Football Club. Ryan also volunteers his time as the current President of the Campaspe Tennis Association and the Secretary of the Elmore Tennis Club.

Ryan is currently operating as Next Step’s Exercise Physiologist on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
