Next Step Exercise Physiology & Rehab provides Exercise Physiology services in Echuca, Victoria. Our aim at Next Step Exercise Physiology & Rehab is to provide members of our community with the Next Step they require in the prevention or management of their chronic disease, injuries or disability to optimise their health, wellness and physical function.

Ryan Byrne- Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Owner

Ryan studied at La Trobe University Bendigo and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. Ryan is a local to the area, growing up in Rochester. Ryan has worked for eight years as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in the local area.

Through growing up with an active lifestyle and a love of all sports, Ryan has developed a passion for exercise rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and strength and conditioning.

Ryan is currently operating as Next Step’s Exercise Physiologist on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
